A stone firewood kiln

石薪窯All the grilled food are baked in a stone kiln.
It is temperature of 40 degrees celsius,
and this kiln bakes food with firewood of a Japanese oak without using gas.
Therefore, You may feel real taste of material.

Food (for grill)

ぐりる料理The Beef is "Ishigaki Cow", The pork is "Black Pork","Yanbaru Agoo", "Yanbaru Pork"
these are the highest grade. and the fish also fresh.
Basic taste is salt only for keeping material taste.
In addition, We prepare an original sauce too.
Then, You can enjoy our dishes.

SHIMA Curry

島カレーOur original curry based bonito soup, and it took 12 hours to be stewed "Yanbaru Agoo"
"Local vegetable" "Okinawan Turmeric" "Fruits" "Original Honey" and other spice.
There are two kinds of taste "Man curry" and "Woman curry"
The man curry is rich taste and spicy, The woman curry is fruity with little spicy.
and perfect much with rice of Isigaki called "Hitomebore"

Try curry least three times to truly experience the taste.

Awamori

泡盛We selected carefully the "Awamori" in accord with our meal.
and we keep these "Awamori" with our original bottle of ceramics.
The bottle has an effect on making "Awamori" more delicious.

SHIMA Salt

島マース(塩)We use salst "SHIMA MA-SU" which is Haiyan that made from natural seawater of Okinawa
with the traditional manufacturing method.

pottery・plaster

陶器・しっくりシーサーWe use the dish plate which Mr.Aiba made.
He has pottery studio in Yomitan-mura,
also he made our "seaser" which is a traditional Okinawan decoration by plaster.

琉球ガラスWe use the Ryukyu glass for softdrinks,
